2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, measurements, photographs, weights, and gemstone information are as accurate as possible.

Because many of our items are antique, vintage, or pre-owned, minor signs of age or previous wear may be present.

Please note that:

Measurements are approximate.
Gemstone and diamond weights may be estimated unless specifically stated.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
Antique and estate jewellery may show signs of previous resizing, repair, restoration, or normal wear consistent with age.

Any known repairs, alterations, or significant imperfections will be disclosed in the product description whenever possible.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors.
Change prices without notice.
Cancel orders affected by pricing, inventory, or listing errors.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and the item has been confirmed as available.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Incorrect pricing.
Inventory errors.
Payment verification issues.
Suspected fraudulent activity.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within the stated processing period.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

For international orders:

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other government charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Returned items must include all original packaging, certificates, documentation, and accompanying materials.

Items may not be eligible for a full refund if they have been:

Worn.
Damaged.
Altered.
Resized.
Modified after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrectly described, defective, or shipped in error.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or significantly different from their description:

Resized rings.
Custom-made jewellery.
Engraved or personalised items.
Special orders.
Final sale items.

8. Ring Resizing and Jewellery Repairs

Ring resizing and repair services are provided at the customer's request.

Once an item has been resized, altered, repaired, engraved, or modified, it may no longer qualify for a refund.

While every effort is made to preserve the original integrity of antique and vintage jewellery, some repairs and alterations may slightly affect the appearance of the item.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Jordans Jewellery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, product descriptions, text, graphics, and designs, remains the property of Jordans Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
