Item description: A 1970's 18ct solid yellow and white gold half eternity wedding band, set with seven round Diamond stones measuring approx. 1.80mm each. The setting is 19.70mm across the shoulders, 3.0mm wide, and 2.30mm high, the band is 2.60mm wide at the shoulders and 2.0mm at the back.
