Item description: A vintage 1978 9ct solid yellow gold ring, set with four round dark blue sapphires measuring approximately 3.0mm each, complemented by three round single-cut diamonds measuring approximately 1.20mm each. The setting measures 19.50mm across the shoulders, 4.0mm wide and 4.0mm high. The band measures 3.10mm wide at the shoulders, tapering to 2.0mm at the back.

A classic sapphire and diamond vintage band, dating to 1978, with a timeless design and beautiful contrast between the deep blue sapphires and diamond highlights.
