18K Yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond Floral Heart-Shaped Pendant

Item description: 18ct solid yellow gold floral heart-shaped pendant, set with two round Sapphires measuring approximately 2.30mm each, surrounded by eighteen round brilliant-cut Diamonds measuring approximately 1.20mm each. The pendant features an elegant openwork heart design with floral-style sapphire and diamond clusters. 

The pendant measures approximately 19.0mm in height including the bale and 14.0mm in width.
