Item description:  An attractive early 20th century 9ct solid rose gold baby pin brooch, featuring a decorative horseshoe-shaped drop suspended from a horizontal bar with raised lettering appearing to read "NA ZHSH".

The horseshoe features delicate engraved foliate patterns, surrounding an openwork cross set with a round blue paste stone measuring approximately 2.50mm in diameter.

The brooch is fitted with a traditional pin fastening to the reverse.
