Item description: Antique 18ct solid yellow gold ring set with three round Sapphire stones, the center stone is approx. 3.50mm, and two round Diamond stones of approx. 1.50mm each. The setting is 15.0mm across the shoulders, 4.80m wide, and 3.60mm high, the band is 2.50mm wide at the shoulders and 1.70mm at the back.
