Item description: A vintage 9ct solid two-colour gold (yellow & white) brooch, featuring two finely carved green Chalcedony leaves measuring 11.0mm x 11.0mm each, accented by three white cultured Pearls measuring 5.50mm each. The elegant white gold leaf motif is claw-set with three round brilliant cut Diamond stones measuring between 2.75mm and 2.85mm, with an estimated total Diamond weight of 0.25 carat.
